Webinar “Trade and Forests. The EU Green Deal and Deforestation”.

The Embassy is pleased to inform that on August 5 (15.00 - 16.45 pm in the Netherlands) will take place the seminar “Trade and Forests. The EU Green Deal and Deforestation”.

The seminar is jointly organized by the Group of Southern Producing Countries (GPS) and the British think tank Paddy Ashdown Forum (PAF) with the collaboration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, based on an initiative launched by the Undersecretariat for Multilateral and Bilateral Economic Negotiations and the Argentine Mision for the European Union.

This seminar, the fourth in a program of events organized by GPS and PAF related to Sustainable Agriculture, Climate Change and Trade, will address the European Commission's initiative on deforestation and its approach towards third countries that export agricultural products, the challenges for Argentina and possibilities for joint work.
