LEGALIZATION OF COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS ISSUED IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, EXCEPT COMMERCIAL INVOICES
Please note that we are able to legalize only COMMERCIAL AND CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS. We cannot legalize other documents that already have an apostille stamp or documents that have been legalized by a public notary.
Legalization is the official confirmation that a signature on a document is genuine. Therefore we can only legalize signatures that are registered in our Consular Section which are: signatures corresponding to officials from the Chambers of Commerce or Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of The Netherlands.
The fee for legalizations is from May 1, 2011 Euros 60,00 per document.
