The bank account to which the payments must be done for Legalizations is restricted only to receive funds, we cannot make payments or refunds. Therefore when in doubt please do not make payments and consult this office. You can always send copies of the documents by e-mail to: consular_epbaj@mrecic.gov.ar or by fax to: 070-3118410/429 so that the Consular Section can advise you. Please send each and every side of the document that has written information and stamps, lack of doing so will not enable us to give you assessment of the right procedure.
In order to make the LEGALIZATION or VISTO is necessary:
1) The original document stamped with the corresponding signature of the company and legalized by a Chamber of Commerce and/or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Netherlands
2) Payment according to the fees mentioned above. Fees are established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and can change. The procedure will only be carried out after the payment has been received
3) If the documents are sent by mail, please add a self-addressed and self-stamped envelope. Please note that if you choose to send the documents by mail, we are not to be made liable for eventual loss by the postal services.
The procedure will take at least two (2) full working days, after the document and the payment have been received by this office
